Chuck Lanehart recently received a note from a grateful client who was arrested on serious drug charges and probation violation in a small Texas County.

He was facing a serious prison term, but Chuck negotiated a two-year prison sentence. At the time of his arrest, officers seized a large quantity of cash from him. Lanehart litigated the matter of whether the money was subject to asset forfeiture and got his money back.
