All Charges Dismissed & Expunged for College Student

Past Client Accepted into Medical School After Charges Were Dismissed

Chuck Lanehart received a positive update from a client represented years earlier, who was a young adult at the time. The client was a college student when he was arrested in a small, rural Texas county. The charges included: Assault of a Public Servant, Resisting Arrest, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Public Intoxication.

As a first time offender, Chuck was able to get all charges dismissed and clear the client’s arrest record. The client was happy to share that he has recently been accepted into medical school.

Dear Mr. Lanehart,

I recently received admission to medical school for this year. I wanted to let you know about this news and thank you so much for all the work you have done to help me. I can’t imagine my life doing anything else other than medicine and I am able to continue this dream despite past mistakes because of your hard work. I hope you indulge in this victory as much as I am because it would not be possible without you.

Thank you for everything.
