Chuck Earns Cookies & Thank You from Client

If you have never been charged with a crime, it can be hard to understand how important the results of a case become to a defendant. After an arrest, everything is put on hold.

Chuck Lanehart recently earned homemade cookies and a personal thank you note.

To Mr Lanehart, I wanted to personally thank you and your team for helping me get through this rough patch. Going forward, let me know if there is anything else I can do. Again & appreciate you so much.
Best Regards…

Chuck’s client is a young adult in her 20’s and first time offender charged with:

  • Possession of THC 4-400 grams, a second-degree felony

  • Possession of marijuana 4 oz-5 pounds, a state jail felony

  • Possession of a controlled substance in penalty group 3 less than 28 grams, a Class A misdemeanor

  • Possession of drug paraphernalia, a Class C misdemeanor

While the cases are still pending, Chuck is confident he can keep her out of jail, with all charges dismissed and expunged.

Over the years, many of Chuck & Fred’s clients have continued to stay in touch, stopping by our office in Lubbock or mailing us a note. Knowing that our clients are able to turn their lives around and lead successful lives keeps us both passionate about criminal defense.
