Chuck Lanehart Represents Texas Tech Student Charged in Officer Death
19-year-old Hollis A. Daniels III has been held on $5 million bond for a capitol murder charge and a federal weapons theft charge. If convicted, Daniels could face life in prison without parole or the death penalty.
