Fred represented Lubbock’s former animal services director, who is looking forward to moving on with his life now that felony theft charges against him have been dismissed.
Fred spoke to the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal about the changes his client made to improve his life.
“This has been a tough and trying time for Kevin and his family,” Fred said. “But he’s persevered. We’re very happy that the felony charges against him have been dismissed. He’s accepted responsibility.”
